My Goals will be set in 20lbs increments and in weight loss per week 1-3lbs but my long run goals are:
- Dec 29, 2011: -290 (-3lbs)
- Jan 1, 2012: (Happy New Year!!!) 283.6 (-6.4lbs)
- Jan 8, 2012: 282.0 (-1.6lbs)
- Jan 22, 2012 283.4 (Gained Muscle & +1.3lbs)
April 7, 2012 291.0 (Gained most of the weight back and time for a fresh FINAL start)
January 5th, 2013: 292lbs

- I will have the gratification of just loosing 12lBS and with all my goals gratification will be key for me!!! So I guess I say with each step self-appreciation!
- 260:
- Chance to fit into my old clothes
- 240:
- Maybe an ear piercing?
